Liquid antibacterial preparation for oral use
Ingridients (in 1 litre): Florfenicol – 20 g

Poultry for medical and preventive purposes in koliseptitsemii, pasteurellosis, stafilokokkoz, respiratory diseases of bacterial etiology, including those caused by Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale, as well as other primary and secondary infections, pathogens which are sensitive to florfenicol;
Pigs for medical purposes in pleuropneumonia caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasuis, atrophic rhinitis caused by Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella bronchiseptica, as well as other infectious diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to florfenicol and secondary bacterial infections.
Dosage: orally for drinking water or mixed with food
- Poultry: 100 ml per 100 kg weight of the bird (which corresponds to 20 mg per 1 kg of florfenicol weight poultry) for 3-5 days or 3-6 l preparation for 1000 l of water;
- Pigs: 2.5 ml per 10 kg of animal body weight ( corresponding to 5 mg florfenicol 1 kg of animal weight ) for 7 days;
- Poultry: 6 days
- Pigs: 8 days

FL0RAM is an antibacterial preparation in the form of liquid antibacterial preparation for oral use.
FL0RAM is used for the treatment and prevention of pigs and poultry (broilers, rearing flocks up to 16 weeks of age, turkeys) bacterial etiology diseases.
FL0RAM contains 2% of florfenicol as an active material which is characterized by high pharmacokinetic parameters. It is well and almost completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and is widely distributed in tissues and organs, has a short half-elimination, and in the short term is eliminated from the body. The extremely low toxicity is combined with the above mentioned properties make a florfenicol one of the most promising preparation for the prevention and treatment of broiler’s bacterial diseases.
The experience of FL0RAM usage shows that the preparation allows to optimize the treatment regimen and costs of the veterinary events, and makes it possible not only to effectively monitor the epizootic situation in the conditions of increasing emergence of resistant strains of microorganisms, but also in the initial period of broilers growing to gain significant advantage in technological parameters.
